Job alert: Cyber Security Challenge UK is growing its internal communications team to support the wide range of comms activities across the organisation. We are looking for a passionate and motivated communicator, who like to tell great stories and engage with lots of different audiences. It will be a busy role, so the successful applicant will be able to work well under pressure. The role is largely home-based (with travel to events and meetings – expenses paid), so the individual should be good at self-management and prioritisation and should have at least two years in a relevant field (PR, marketing, communications).
Day-to-day tasks include management of Challenge website and platforms, content development, social media management, marketing activities, stakeholder management and attending networking events and competitions around the country. Applicants should have strong attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and have an interest in the development of new communications practices, to stay relevant.
